As much as I would like to, we can't always answer every call. We often have 5 or 6 phone calls going at once. Sometimes your just going to get voicemail, we try to minimize it but it's unavoidable. However we do return e-mails and voicemails on a daily basis. I'd say we answer 95% of calls coming into the "Parts" extension. Calls going into service or the shop, are much more likely to go to voicemail because they are often under cars ont he dyno etc.
